Rooflights & Daylight Constructions
Howells Patent Glazing Ltd have recently incorporated a new range of rooflights and preformed aluminium daylight constructions into their product range.
They come in a wide variety of designs such as domed, saddle roof pyramid, barrel vault etc.
The rooflights are mounted on steel, aluminium, wooden or a concrete base. They can be supplied with ventilation sections which can be manually or electronically controlled, by switch, rain or smoke/heat censor.
FULL ALUMINIUM THERMALLY BROKEN ROOFLIGHT / SKYLIGHTS
Aluminium Construction throughout with thermally broken glazing bars. Available standard in our Bright White (RAL 9910 Satin) or alternatively powder coated to any standard RAL or BS Colour. Roof pitches available :- 5 – 45 Deg Max. (dependant on style) New Slim-line 30 Deg 'Fixed Pitched' System ( Available from April '08)
Thermal break: Some of the profiles consist of 2 aluminium extrusions which are separated from one another by polyamide strips PA 6.6.25 reinforced with glass fibre. A gluing thread, rolled and pushed in together with the thermal break profile, ensures a strong adhesion after melting and flowing, when the profiles are heated in the hardening furnace. |
PVC CLAD System
Aluminium construction with PVC Internal & External Cladding. available standard in white , options for wood grain finishes and also powder coated / colour bonded to any standard RAL or BS Colour. Roof pitches available :- 5 - 37.5 Deg Max. (dependant on style) |
‘MARDOME’ ROOF LIGHTS
Glass rein-forced up stands with Vac-formed Polycarbonate Dome or Pyramid Tops. |
