Howells Glazing are specialist supplier of full aluminium thermally broken Rooflights / Skylights , and Lantern Rooflights . We offer both ‘supply only and installation services.
We manufacture many wide variety of standard designs such as Double Hipped / Pyramid / Octagonal / Pyramid Lantern Lights, Mono Pitched and also non-standard bespoke style Rooflights .
Rooflights/ Skylights are suitable for industrial , commercial, residential and to private individual applications. Design assistance and Autocad service is available.
All roofs are powder coated to any standard RAL or BS Colour of your choice.
The rooflights are mounted on steel, aluminium, wooden or a concrete bases/kerbs. They can be supplied with ventilation sections (roof vents) which can be manually or electronically controlled, by switch, thermostat, rain or smoke censors.

FULL ALUMINIUM THERMALLY BROKEN ROOFLIGHT / SKYLIGHTS
Aluminium Construction throughout with thermally broken glazing bars. Available standard in our Bright White (RAL 9910 Satin) or alternatively powder coated to any standard RAL or BS Colour. Roof pitches available :- 5 – 45 Deg Max. (dependant on style) New Slim-line 30 Deg 'Fixed Pitched' System ( Available from May 2008)
Thermal break: Some of the profiles consist of 2 aluminium extrusions which are separated from one another by polyamide strips PA 6.6.25 reinforced with glass fibre. A gluing thread, rolled and pushed in together with the thermal break profile, ensures a strong adhesion after melting and flowing, when the profiles are heated in the hardening furnace. |
